11-7-25 I had Jason Fox as my technician and he went above and beyond. Last night we noticed that our water was only lukewarm and placed a call for an estimate. Our window was 8-12 and Jason showed up by 9. It was refreshing to have a plumber so quickly. He looked over the problem and the best option was a full replacement of the water heater. When he drained it chunks of calcium came out of the hose. I had an old water heater that was full of calcium limiting my capacity. I am so glad that he was able to get it replaced so quickly that I was able to shower before work! A+++. There are a few more things I need done and I will definitely be using Sounds again.

The owners of this company came and rented watercraft from me in bullhead city. Great people! After talking with them I learned that they were in the plumbing industry.. Jason arrived to survey the needs of my toilet “clog”. He sent a camera down the drain and determined no blockage existed any further down the line. He cleared the buildup at the top of the drain. He was courteous and knowledgeable and wished me a good week. I will definitely recommend Jason and Sound Plumbing to all my friends!

Amazing job, they went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed. Our hot water heater went out, and they had it fixed pretty quickly, once they had all the right parts.
